Subscriptions are generally non-refundable, except as described below. All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our third-party payment processor. We comply with Paddle's Buyer Terms, including their minimum refund requirements.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical problems within 14 days of purchase that we cannot resolve, you may request a full refund.
  • Unsatisfaction: For first-time subscribers, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied—contact support with details.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period. No prorated refunds.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@zyntro.app with your order details, reason, and Paddle transaction ID. We'll review within 5 business days. Refunds are processed through Paddle and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

5. Exceptions

No refunds for violations of our Terms, or after the 14-day window.
