Zyntro provides digital productivity tools, including but not limited to the Shortcuts Manager browser extension. Our Services are designed to help users organize, manage, and access their digital shortcuts efficiently.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, with or without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.

5. Payments and Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $5 per month. All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our third-party payment processor.

By subscribing to Premium, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Refund Policy: While subscriptions are generally non-refundable, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you experience technical issues or are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of your subscription, please contact our support team.

Your privacy is important to us. All user data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted database infrastructure provider. We employ industry-standard encryption protocols to protect your data both in transit and at rest.

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Zyntro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of our Services and canceling your subscription if applicable.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify users through our Services or via email.
